Radius Rods

Trac Bars

Safe-T-Plus

Our SuperSteer® Radius Rods help to control movement in the front leaf springs and bushings. Front to back flexing will be reduced and you will notice improved cornering capabilities. You can install them in less than 2 hours.

Sway or body roll is found in nearly every coach built on an F-53 chassis. That leaning or tipping can feel nauseating to some. To others it feels like a loss of control. Our SuperSteer® Trac Bars significantly improve these conditions.

Besides tire blow-out and roll-over crash protection, the Safe-T-Plus provides for great steering wheel returnability- that is, it helps your steering wheel return to center after completing turns. And it helps to minimize road wander.

Bob Tiffin, owner of Tiffin Motorhomes performed a test drive in a 2016 Tiffin Open Road that was outfitted with many features such as Radius Rods, Track Bars, and Safe-T-Plus Steering Control system. This is what Bob had to say...
"It handles great!"

"Nothing wrong with this, it's a good driving vehicle."

"If you got somebody that wants some first-hand information on how it handles put them on the line. I'll talk to them."

Wayne Wells, national sales rep for LiquidSpring, LLC, has been in the industry for over 25 years. Wayne's experience with handling issues of the Ford F-53 chassis is next to none. The liquid spring product is mounted on Robert's chassis too. This is what Wayne had to say in his recent test drive:
"Better than just the plan liquid spring coach"

"Robert, this thing drives very, very nice. This is the sports car of motor homes. What you guys have done has made our system even better. This thing really drives nice. I'm impressed with what you guys have done here."

"And I would recommend it to any tech and mobile home owner for the obvious reason, just because it makes your coach drive better, but also for the safety reasons. It's definitely a good system."

Christian is the mechanic and test driver at Coach Crafters in Tavares, FL. After taking Robert's Tiffin coach with F-53 chassis for a long test drive, these are some of the comments Christian had to say...

"Dude, we've got no hands. It's going straight!"

"Yeah, I wouldn't be worn out driving, that's for sure. That's probably our biggest complaint from customers. "Oh, I drive for five hours, and it feels like my arms are going to fall.""

"I could probably sell a lot of those Konis (shocks) on the front of those, too.  Because a lot of people ask that question like, "Oh, why is it bouncing here and there?" But those baffles would be good. That'd be super easy to put in."

"I just have to turn the wheel one way, cut the line, push it in. It's good to go. Clean cut."

"Another set of railroad tracks. Yeah. Oh wow. It's cake."

Henderson's Line Up did some work on my 2017 Newmar Class A motor home with a Ford F-53 frame. I had them install their new Radius Rod kit. After leaving the shop and heading home on a 250 mile trip it became very apparent that I now was driving with one hand instead of two and felt like I was finally in control of the steering and direction that the motor home was going.

I also noticed a BIG DIFFERENCE in how the steering felt more responsive and there was a lot less sway in all of the turns. I would highly recommend installation of the Radius Rod kit to any one that wanted a little bit more control of the steering than they have now.

I took my 2015 Tiffin Phaeton coach into Henderson's Lineup as I had heard they were experts at suspension. While my coach is still fairly new and in good condition, the safety improvements they can perform can be the difference between a very serious accident or being able to safely pull over to the side of the road with a blowout.

From the moment I took a test drive after their work to driving it afterwards I have been extremely pleased at the improvement driving it down the road and not feeling every pothole and also keeping the coach going straight without me having to keep fighting the road. I would highly recommend if you get the chance to have the folks at this company take you on a test drive of your motorhome and give you and estimate on making your coach safe and the driving more enjoyable.
